30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you change your mind or aren’t fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
• Semi-cured gel nail strips can only be returned if the black UV pouch inside the box remains sealed. Since they are light-sensitive and hygiene-sensitive, we unfortunately cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken.
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.
• We always recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Returns For Defective Items

If you believe you’ve received a defective item, we’re here to help!

• Once your return reaches us, our team will carefully inspect it. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, you’ll receive a full refund or a replacement—whichever you prefer.
• In cases where a defect is verified, we’ll also cover your return shipping costs and issue a reimbursement.

To report a defect, please email hello@gelly.co.za with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 2-3 business days), refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Exchanges: If you’ve requested an exchange, your replacement item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after approval. Delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service.

Exclusions

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that:

• Have been used or applied.
• Have had the UV pouch opened (for semi-cured gel nail strips).
• Are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Show signs of improper care or use under abnormal conditions.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

At Gelly, we partner with trusted courier services to ensure secure national delivery of all online purchases.

Our products are shipped from our regional office in Polokwane, Limpopo. Please consider this location when estimating delivery times for your parcel.

National Delivery:

We offer two delivery options for orders under R800:

• Door to Door courier delivery for R99
• Delivery to a Pargo pick-up point from R79 - price depends on your location

Delivery is free for all online orders over R800.

Gelly aims to dispatch all orders within 2 business days once payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 1 to 4 business days once dispatched, depending on your location, the selected delivery option, and courier capacity.

International Delivery:

Currently, Gelly does not offer international delivery.

At Gelly, we take your privacy seriously. We only collect the information we need to process your orders, keep in touch, and make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
