Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unopened, unused products in original packaging. For manufacturer defects, you can request a replacement or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Email hello@gelly.co.za with your order number. If you suspect a defect, include clear photos so we can resolve it quickly. Pack returns securely in original packaging.

For non-defective returns (e.g. change of mind or incorrect colour), the customer arranges and pays for return shipping. For confirmed defects, we cover the return shipping cost.

We inspect returns within 2–3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days (bank timelines may vary). Exchanges ship within 2–3 business days after approval.

Yes. If the black UV pouch inside the box is still sealed and the wraps are unused. If the pouch seal is broken, we can’t accept a return due to light-sensitivity + hygiene.
