If your product has a manufacturer's defect, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a replacement or store credit if the item is out of stock. Gelly will cover the return shipping costs if the defect is confirmed. Email hello@gelly.co.za to start the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items, such as returns due to a change of mind or incorrect variants ordered. For defective products, Gelly will refund the return shipping costs once the defect is verified.
No, items that have been opened, used, or improperly cared for are not eligible for returns or refunds. Products must be in their original, unused condition with intact packaging to qualify.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Gelly does not guarantee receipt of returned items if they are lost or damaged in transit.
